Do you have a passionate, heart-based desire to make a difference in the lives of other people? Well, I do! Like many of you, my journey began in a small, dynamic church in Baltimore, Maryland where I learned that leadership starts with developing myself by intensely and intentionally mastering of followship, a humbly and willingly accepting quality mentoring. This put me in a position to maximizing, enabling and connecting with others.
I continuously dream of impacting the world and changing lives of others one life at a time. I am committed to remaining a student of personal growth and development. Why? Because I believe it has the power to change you and me as individuals, connect and unify communities, and provide the regenerative infrastructure to organizations and transform countries in this present world and in the future.
Simply stated, I am passionately committed to living and dying for the purpose of giving my heart away by learning, growing and enabling others to live remarkable, significant, and fulfilled lives.
This is my quest! To follow that star. There is no greater mission for me. There's no higher goal than to help others realize their significance and potential. That's why I will continue to dedicate my life to what I believe I do best: love, teach, love, coach, love.
I have travel around the world helping others discover their unique significance. I’ve taught what I know to people at all stages of development, genders, multi-generational groups, corporations, government entities, students, church members and community leaders.
It is the mission of JDavid (LGO) to enable and compel corporate and business leaders to inspire, challenge, equip and enable organizations to reach their potential. To this end we distributes resources and develop customized curriculum for businesses of all sizes, to impact local, national, and global industries.
We seek to empower, coach, speak, and train those seeking to add value to others and become top leaders as owners of their respective businesses, in their community or employment role, or for personal growth and development.
